It's
amazing how many people actually smile with their hand over
their mouth, or keep their mouth shut when they smile. Quite
often these folk are unhappy with the appearance of their
teeth, and if you're unhappy with the centre of your smile
there's not all that much to be smiling about. Perhaps because
of previous comment or self confidence they consciously or
otherwise try to hide their teeth from everyone.
